Every couple of week in the autumn, there is the joy of getting the ladders out and going round the house to check the leaf-fall in the guttering. Even with the guards, sometimes leaves can collect on top.
The solution is two-fold. Firstly, I have added an aluminium leaf-guard that is built specifically for the replacement heritage drain pipes that are being installed.
Secondly, and a lot more fun! I have invested in a drone, which allows me to check the roof and gutters before getting the ladders out.
