Work underway to clear fifty years of ivy

The brick walls and red tile floor were all materials reclaimed from the house. Just waiting for the porch structure to be built on top
All of the oak is from a tree in the grounds that blew down in the storm last year. It was sawn in situ by a mobile log sawing company. Its use in the creation of the structure on top of the brick walls and piers will commence shortly.
