The Old Vicarage B&B, Little Ouse

I seem to have got to most jobs at least a month after planned this year. The vegtable/fruit plot is no exception. From three strawberry plants of the variety Elsanta bought from Wilko a couple of years ago for £2.50. There are now about forty runners that I potted up during the growing season and planted out in October.

Similarly a number of the fruit bushes need to moved and split as even with pruning, they seem to be enjoying their location. One of these is the loganberries.

Likewise the blackberries, are very vigorous and I need to make the decision to either build a frame to grow them on, or allow them to grow naturally at the edge of the garden and do their own thing.
