Crocuses and daffodils

Several of the spring bulbs are starting to spread through the garden, such as the snowdrops and the daffodils. The ones that are in the garden seem to be of one variety. To enhance these last year, I added quite a few different types of crocuses and daffodils. The crocuses are in full flower with the first of the daffodils also blooming.

In the south facing areas of the gardens, the daffodils are now coming into flower.

The woodland areas are only strimmed a coupeof times a year with a pathway though them. It is amazing the volume of spring flowers that are appearing each year.

Snowdrops and daffodils.

I planted three new varieties of daffodils around the line of new yews that I put in that separate The Old Vicarage from the Church. Along this line I placed Saint Patricks Day, Dutch Master and Red Devon

This clump on the edge, is a clump of the original daffodils that populated the garden. Many were lost during the levelling of the garden.
