The Old Vicarage B&B, Little Ouse

• Green room – £120 B&B per day – Two sharing a double room with ensuite (£114 B&B single occupancy).
• Yellow room – £110 B&B per day – Two sharing a double room with ensuite (£104 B&B single occupancy).
• Pink room – £105 B&B per day – Two sharing a double room with ensuite (£100 B&B single occupancy).
• Single room – £80 B&B per day – One, NO ensuite – Can only be booked when also booking a double. The guest in the single shares the bathroom in the double you are booking.
• Single occupancy – 5% reduction on the above room cost B&B per day as shown above.
• Weekly rate (five nights or more) – 10% reduction on the above room cost B&B per day.
  • _{Example – A single occupant staying in the Pink Room for five nights or more would get a 15% discount, taking the B&B cost down to £89 per night.}
  • _{Example – Two sharing the Pink Room for five nights or more would get a 10% discount, taking the B&B cost down to £94 per night.}

Additional Requests for single room:

Note – All single room requests can only be booked direct by email – contactus@theoldvicaragebandb.uk. These are not available on booking.com. If you have booked already, please let us know the details when booking additional requests. All additional requests must be paid for before arrival.

Room Special Events:

• Birthday Option 1: Dressing of room with “Happy Birthday” banners and balloons = £10
• Birthday Option 2: Small Birthday cake with candle = £15
• Birthday Option 3: Prosecco 75cl (supermarket label) = £15
• Birthday Option 4: Champagne 75cl (supermarket label) = £20
• Birthday Option 5: Champagne 75cl (Moet & Chandon or similar) = £50

How to Book

Bookings can be made directly by email – contactus@theoldvicaragebandb.uk or through Booking.com searching Brandon Bank, Little Ouse or CB7 4TG should display the listing. You have the option to book a double room with ensuite.

• We can not accommodate pets
• The house is not suitable for children (minimum age 16)

For bookings via email

Let us know:

1. Arrival date
2. Departure date
3. Double Room requested (Green, Pink, Yellow, additional single room can only be booked when ordering a double)
4. Number of Guests for each room, maximum of two for a double and guest names
5. If the room is available, we’ll confirm and send you the billing details. The room will be held for two days. If payment is not received, the room will be released.
6. We will send a confirmation when payment has been made and your room is reserved

• Note – On Old Vicarage event days we do not operate/let any rooms at the standard B&B tariff.
• Note – We are closed over the Christmas and New Year.
• Note – This email account is checked once a day. If you need to make a booking for either the same day or the next day, it is quicker to book using our entry on Booking.com.
