Church Farm and its Cottages can be found by driving past The Old Vicarage and is the next group of buildings. You’ll see a couple of bungalows first then Church Farm House and after that the farm buildings. If you continue along for another five or so minutes, you’ll hit the old Waterman’s Arms. Now derelict and being reclaimed by nature.
In Barbers Almanac they mention Church Farm Cottages, several times in the last century. Were these replaced by the Bungalows?
The fields surrounding Little Ouse are mainly owned by Church Farm. Other than the fields on the side of the White House Road, the side where The Engine House is. This is a different farmer. In recent years Church farm and Waldersley have moved parcels of land between them to make their farms more practical.

The current occupier of Church Farm is called Field. These gates have been put up in the last few years.
