This is the hump backed bridge on White House Road that goes over the Mildenhall Drain, where it intersects with the White House Drain. I don’t believe that it has a name. There are several of these concrete bridges with iron railings crossing drainage ditches in the fens. They are quite substantial.

On this 1824 map Mildenhall Drain runs quite clearly on or alongside what would now be the Mildenhall Road. On later maps it is placed half-way down White House Road.

You can see on this map we have two named drains, White House Drain and Mildenhall Drain. The bridge sits at the intersection.

If you look above the Wording Burnt Fen, I have marked the bridge on the map. This map shows the bridges over the drainage channels.
