All of the window drips at the bottom of the windows are formed from a row of chamfered bricks. There are brick manufacturers that still produce handmade bricks. The challenge is getting the colour as close to the original. So why not recycle a few.

All of the bricks used here have been reclaimed from renovating the inside of the house. If you rub one hundred and fifty years of grime off, they soon match. You can see that old bricks (soft reds) have the same colour throughout and are solid. This makes them perfect for cutting with the angle grinder. Use the brick you are matching, to get your angle/template.
