Among other things happening in the area was Eel day on Saturday, in Ely of course and the on the Sunday and Monday the annual Drink, Food and Craft Fair outside the Cathedral.
At The Old Vicarage, Mark came again this year and over two nights placed a number of moth traps to count the numbers and types of moths in the area. After they are identified and counted, they are released.
This one I believe is either called a spectacled moth or an aviator, due to the fact its markings look like goggles.
