The last week has seen the announcement of proposed wind farms at Chatteris and Redmere (near Little Ouse and Brandon Bank communities).

The planning application appears to show that access will be only from the A1101 at Kenny Hill area, so one would expect there should be no additional traffic to the Little Ouse, White House Road hamlet, either during the build stage or its lifetime?
St John’s Church and The Old Vicarage look as if they are over two kilometres from the proposed wind farm. The hamlet of Litte Ouse is to the left and is another 100 metres away.

Zooming out further, you can see St John’s Church and The Old Vicarage. The proposed wind farm drops off from view, as it is probably over two kilometres away. However, for Brandon Bank residents, it might be under that distance for some of the dwellings.

The development appears to be over two kilometres from The Old Vicarage in Little Ouse, which should indicate that there should be no disruption,, such as noise other than perhaps the sight of the wind turbines in the distance.
